Farming regeneratively without building a local food system doesn't work. Thus, we've centered our efforts in downtown Winchester.
"Winchester, We're all in!"

Laura is a preservation champion for renovating two buildings in downtown Winchester.
One is the Mt. Folly Mercantile and “Headquarters” for Mt. Folly Enterprises. The
second building is a former CME church, now a restaurant and Regeneration Distillery.

Renovation of 31 East Broadway and 1 South Main, Winchester, KY. took 4 years. The buildings now house the farm store, "headquarters", pick and ship for Laura's Mercantile, and a restaurant and farmer- owned small batch distillery, Regeneration Distillery.

Deeply rooted in the heart of downtown Winchester, Mt. Folly Mercantile began as a small farm store at Mt. Folly farm in an effort to bridge the gap between local farmers and the community. We are more than a store; we are dedicated to connecting you with good quality, local products for your table, body, and home.
Our story is one of integrity and connection. From our own protein products, every item is chosen with care to ensure that what you bring home is as pure as the source. We are committed to transparency and excellence, building a legacy that honors the land and the people who work it every day.
